Impact Package

The Impact Package is my deepest container for organizations and communities who want to see lasting change ripple out long after the event ends. When you've watched your people carry heavy loads-grief, burnout, conflict, quiet despair-and you know a one-hour talk won't be enough, this is where I come in.

Together, we design a half-day or full-day workshop experience that meets your group right where they are. I customize the content around your themes-healing after loss, resilience, self-compassion, purpose, authentic leadership-drawing from my background in energy work, hypnotherapy, and healthcare. Throughout the day, I mix teaching with stories, reflection exercises, and body-based practices so participants stay engaged, not overwhelmed.

Small-group activities give people the safety to process what they're learning with others who "get it." These circles often become the birthplace of new honesty and support inside your community or workplace.

If you'd like, I also offer an optional book signing or informal meet-and-greet, giving attendees a chance to ask quieter, personal questions one-on-one. Pricing begins at $3,495, with flexibility for virtual or in-person formats, including retreats near nature or on-site at your organization.
